Yesterday my girls left with their Grandmama (my mom) and Aunt Hannah for a girls weekend away visiting their Grammy (my grandmama). I miss them tremendously and can't wait for them to get home so I can hear all about their adventures! This was Julianna's first weekend away with the girls! :)
On the flip side... Little William has been soaking in all the alone time he's been getting. He has been LOVING it!!! hee hee... I've really come to realize that precious time alone one on one with your kids is SO important. To find something that they really enjoy and spend time doing it with them. I have enjoyed his spirit and his laughter all weekend long!

We were just talking the other day about the mommy/son dates we're going to do this fall. Once a year, I try to do a special "date" with Josiah...and this year, David is old enough to have one, too.
I'm like you: I find that one-on-one time so refreshing!!!
